Since April 2024, Tribe Property Co. has proudly managed the caretaking and letting agreements for the Vantage Apartment Complex. We're a family-run business, led by Ian and Nicola Buchanan, and we’re passionate about providing professional, hands-on management with a personal touch.

Nicola brings years of experience as a successful local real estate agent and has integrated her agency operations into Vantage. This means residents now benefit from having a full-service real estate agency onsite — offering everything from rental management to apartment sales. Having these services right here at Vantage helps ensure that the Complex is always well-presented to the market, supporting strong rental returns and capital growth.

Ian looks after the day-to-day site management, working closely with the Body Corporate Committee to ensure the smooth running of the complex. With a background in media and corporate operations, Ian brings a wealth of experience in managing multi-faceted and complex environments — the kind of expertise that helps everything behind the scenes run like clockwork.

We’re also supported by a hardworking team of cleaners and gardeners, who are on-site daily to make sure the property is always in great shape. From keeping common areas spotless to maintaining the lush gardens, we’re committed to making sure Vantage stays a clean, tidy, and beautifully maintained place to live.
