Hi, I’m Nicola Buchanan – Principal at Tribe Property Co., and a Real Estate Agent with a background in Interior Design and Marketing.
I’m proud to be ranked the 2026 Rate My Agent Agent of the Year for Benowa, and even prouder of the results I achieve for my clients. My focus is simple: to help sellers get the best possible price for their property, while making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable.
With a degree in Marketing, a Diploma in Interior Design, and years of hands-on experience selling property across the Gold Coast, I bring a unique edge to every campaign. I’ve worked with hundreds of sellers – and I love delivering standout results, whether that’s setting a new street record or simply helping a client move on to their next chapter with confidence.
For me, real estate is about more than just property – it’s about people. That’s why Maya Angelou’s words really resonate with me: “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” At Tribe, we live by this philosophy. We care deeply about our clients and pride ourselves on creating great outcomes and experiences for sellers, buyers, investors, and tenants alike.
Outside of work, I’ve got a busy, happy life with three grown kids and a wonderfully supportive husband of over 20 years. I’m also proud to be a committee member for Women of Influence, a not-for-profit organisation that runs inspiring business events and raises funds for local charities.
